This week we were able to spend a lot of time with students, with our friends. The people here are so sweet, I don't think I could say that enough. They are constantly trying to make us feel at home and happy. It's definitely something I could learn a thing or two about. Hospitality and being gracious, things I would love to grow in.
This week the Lord has really impressed on me that my time here is short. I don't have much longer here....and then expanding that thought, my time here on earth is really short. I need to live with abandonment. Being more concerned with God's will for me than what I think or what I feel, or what I want people to think. He's reminding me that obedience will lead to a much better outcome here, and in life, than relying on my self to get through.
As the time I have left here gets less and less, be praying that I would be living in obedience and tuned to the Spirit's leading. We are meeting new students all the time, and I want to be open and will for God to work in me, but especially through me. We also have a girl named Grace who will be working with us some for the rest of our time here. So, continue to lift up my team and Grace as well. We all desire to see God move in Thailand.
